Malcolm P.CooperSOLO TENOR
Malcolm P. Cooper from U.S.A., is the Tenor Soloist of this project. Through his dedication and hard work, he earned himself the esteemed position in the Dean’s list from the University of Delaware, which served to steer his footsteps towards a serious career in Choral music. He received his Master’s degree in Vocal performance from Jacob’s School of Music, Indiana University, Bloomington.
His education in the various facets of music has made him a Certified Music Teacher in the State of Delaware, New Jersey and also a well qualified and proficient Voice Expert. Malcolm feels that he is blessed to have been chosen as the tenor soloist for this project and draws inspiration from “Shanmuga Kavacham”, the spiritual masterpiece comprising of 30 verses in Tamil. He is now working towards perfecting his Tamil diction and adapting it to the Western Classical singing style.
